Frieza

Species: Changeling

Frieza was one of the most powerful fighters, but still wanted to be immortal, so he went to Planet Namek to find the dragon Ball (where he is defeated by Goku). He then is revived as a cyborg and came to Earth to kill Goku. He later is found by Future Trunks who kills him and his father completely. Frieza has four stages, each one more powerful than the last, but he stays in the first to save energy.

Cell

Species: Android
Eyes: Green, Pink in perfect stage
Hair: none
Skin: Black, Green, Gray
Series: DBZ, DBGT
Cell is one of the androids that Dr. Gero creates. He was made using the DNA from the best fighters in the world including Piccolo, which gives him the power to regenerate. After reaching his perfect form (where he absorbed Androids #17 and #18), he holds a tournament. There he tries to self-destruct after losing #18, but Goku teleports Cell and himself to King Kai's planet. Cell survives (but not Goku) and returns in his perfect form, but is killed off by SSJ2 Gohan with a one handed Kame-Hame-Ha.

Majin Buu

Eyes: Black, turn Red

Hair: none

Skin: Pink

Series: DBZ, DBGT

Majin Buu, or just Buu, was created by the wizard, Bibidi, long ago. After being sealed away, he is opened again by Babidi, Bibidi's son. He splits in to an evil Buu and good Buu, then evil Buu absorbs the good Buu making a Super Buu. He gets stronger by absorbing people, but eventually gets reduced back to a Kid Buu by Goku and Vegeta. He is killed of by Goku with the biggest Spirit Bomb in the series.

Piccolo

Species: Namek

Eyes: Black

Hair: none

Skin: Green

Series: DB, DBZ, DBGT

Piccolo is the spawn of Piccolo-Daimaou. So like his father, he wanted to kill Goku. After killing Radditz, he trained Gohan. He ends up becoming good. He fuses with Nail in the Frieza saga and Kami in the Cell saga, causing him to become somewhat of a Super-Namek. Piccolo is a wise and powerful fighter.

Goten

Species: Half Saiya-jin, Half Human
Eyes: Black (Bluish-green)
Hair: Black (Gold)
Skin: Light Tan

SSJs: SSJ

Series: DBZ, DBGT

Goten is the second son of Goku and Chi-Chi. He closely resembles his father. Because Goku had already gone Super Saiya-jin when he was born, Goten was able to go super Saiya-jin at a young age. Goten is best friends with Trunks, who constantly gets them in trouble.
